These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of all programs, products, and services provided by Angela Aja, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” or “us”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you should not purchase or use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

3. Nature of Services

Our services include coaching, consulting, author development, and publishing-related support.

Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process

Consulting provides strategic guidance and recommendations

We do not provide therapy, legal, medical, or financial advice

You are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.

4. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

Publishing outcomes

Book sales or bestseller status

Revenue or business results

Results vary based on individual effort and external factors.

5. Payment & Refund Policy (High-Ticket Protected)

By purchasing any program, product, or service, you agree to the following:

5.1 All Sales Are Final

All payments are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of coaching, consulting, and digital intellectual property, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind

Lack of participation

Personal circumstances

Perceived lack of results

5.2 Payment Plan Commitment

If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments.

You agree to pay in full regardless of:

Participation

Completion

Satisfaction level

5.3 Access = Delivery

You acknowledge that access to services, sessions, materials, or intellectual property constitutes delivery of value.

5.4 Rescheduling Policy

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Late reschedules may be forfeited

No-shows are non-refundable

5.5 Termination

If services are terminated:

Payments made are non-refundable

Outstanding balances remain due

5.6 Good Faith Resolution

If you believe services were not delivered as agreed, you agree to contact us at angela@angelaaja.com

 to resolve the matter prior to initiating a dispute or chargeback.

5.7 Agreement to Terms

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, and intellectual property are owned by Angela Aja, LLC.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials

Share access with others

Use materials for commercial purposes without written permission

7. Confidentiality

We respect your confidentiality.

You agree to respect the confidentiality of:

Coaching sessions

Group participants

Proprietary materials

We cannot guarantee confidentiality of other participants in group settings.

8. Disclaimers

All services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

We are not liable for:

Business outcomes

Financial results

Personal decisions made based on our services

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including:

Lost profits

Loss of business

Loss of data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

10. Dispute Resolution

You agree to resolve disputes through:

Good-faith negotiation

Mediation in Texas

Binding arbitration (AAA rules)

You waive the right to jury trial.

11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue.

In the event of a chargeback:

You remain responsible for the full payment

We reserve the right to pursue collection

12. Independent Contractor

We operate as an independent contractor and not as an employee, partner, or agent.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
