WE TRAIN HOUSE CHURCH LEADERS

A POD is a Kingdom micro-community — a gathering of purpose-driven believers in homes, businesses, or community spaces — stewarded by Kingdom ambassadors to carry God's presence, disciple others, and expand territory.

POD stands for:

🅿️ Purpose: An outward expression of your unique Kingdom assignment. Every POD is born from someone’s sphere of influence — a neighborhood, a workplace, a friend group — where you lead as a representative of Heaven.

When God flung open the doors of three prisons in a single day, Soaring Behind Bars was born. A fresh wind of revival is sweeping through in ways beyond anything we’ve experienced. I didn’t seek this—divine favor did.

Now, from the wardens to the guards to the inmates who feel forgotten are asking for Summoned to Soar. Each book is a seed of hope, a reminder that their voice still matters, their story has purpose, and their past doesn’t disqualify them from their destiny-filled future.

Pastors and ministry leaders pour out daily but often suffer in silence. Ministry Triage provides confidential care and practical support for leaders facing burnout, crisis, or transition — giving them space to heal, renew, and rise again.

Ministry Triage was birthed as confidential, compassionate care for ministry leaders heading for, or in the middle of an emergency or crisis at home or in the church. 

It can be classified as Church Triage, Staff Triage, Marriage Triage Family-Life Triage, or Personal/Mental Triage. Ministry Triage provides vital care for these spiritual representatives so that they can go the distance and finish the race with strength and enthusiasm WITHOUT succumbing to the burnout, stress, or overwhelm that comes from living in the fish-bowl factor.

We believe in helping leaders strengthen their inner foundation, mentally and emotionally, so that they can build their God-given vision in a way that leaves a legacy that impacts generations. We do this by helping ministry leaders establish these three pillars in their lives:

1. Soul Care (Mental and Emotional Strength Training so that calling is refreshed and revitalized.)
2. Identity Development (Authentic Kingdom Leadership so that they are reignited with fervor.)
3. Crisis Support to help leaders stabilize & strategize when they need rescuing.
