I was EXACTLY where you are...
If we haven't met yet, my name is Angela Aja.
I was busy doing good things...but something was still missing!
I grew up in the ministry with my parents. My dad was a pastor. Serving others was a lifestyle. I knew that I had a call on my life to help people since I was in the 3rd grade. That call directed me. I told God that I would be happy to be single, serving as a missionary on the other side of the world for the rest of my life but, I went to Bible College, met a fiery young preacher, and that changed everything…and together we had a thriving ministry for almost 25 years.
After 25 years of marriage and ministry, my life got turned upside down. I went from “1st Lady of the Church” to “divorced, single mom” I went from speaking in the pulpit to selling windows door-to-door. I went from living in a beautiful ranch to sleeping on the floor in an apartment with my kids. If that's not bad enough, I went from wearing a Rolex with diamonds to standing in the food stamp line.
I realized that I could turn my tragedies into triumphs, my mess into my message, and use my story to bring God glory.
My life radically transformed and I realized I wanted to do the same for other people. I became a transformational life coach, wrote a best-selling book called Summoned to Soar – Five Stages of the Rise of a Woman, and began empowering women mentally, emotionally, and Spiritually so that they can evolve and emerge into their highest calling with confidence...EVEN IF life hasn’t turned out as they expected.
That's why I created these methods and strategies - the exact same ones I used to "put the mask on myself" so that I could give from a place of overflow instead of always feeling drained and depleted. I was able to focus on fulfilling my purpose without it sucking the life out of me!

How does The R.I.S.E. Academy™ work?
The R.I.S.E. Academy™ is a 12-week coaching intensive that is accomplished in a small-group setting on Zoom. With Coach Angela's undivided attention, she will guide you through the process of identifying your old survival mindsets, shifting them into life-giving mindsets to get you moving forward faster. She will also help you identify your purpose and intrinsic core values, script a powerful, personal mission and vision statement as well as discover your passions and unlock a new level of potential. All of this is rounded out as she teaches you a new way of setting strategic goals that are in alignment with who you are at your core. (All lessons are inside of a membership portal that you will have lifetime access to.)
This program works for ANYONE who commits to the process, does the weekly homework, and attends the weekly calls.

How long will I have access to all of the teachings and trainings insidethe membership portal?
As of right now, you’ll have lifetime access to the curriculum for The R.I.S.E. Academy™ (this may change in the future). At the end of your twelve weeks, you'll have an opportunity to sign up for an Alumni Membership with BONUS material for continual group coaching.
How much time do I need to spend on homework each week?
Great question! This isn’t a school in a traditional sense, so don’t worry. You won’t have to turn this homework in or have it graded. The homework is there to help you dive deep within yourself.
The simple truth is, the more you put into it, the more you’ll get out of it. There are 4-5 lessons to complete as homework in each module. The lessons are designed to be done over 5 days of the week, 15-30 minutes a day. However, can easily be concentrated over 2 - 3 days. All calls will be recorded. I also strongly encourage you to utilize the community for support.
Your modules are self-paced with videos, prompts, and workbooks provided for you to refer to. We recommend committing to a minimum of 15 - 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week to see the most significant results.

All group coaching sessions are kept private. There will be recordings so that you can go back and rewatch your sessions for anything you missed, however, after the cohort ends, all recordings will be removed from the portal. All one-on-one coaching calls between you and Monarch University™ Coaches are strictly confidential.
Do you have a money-back guarantee?
The only guarantee is that if you show up for the calls, do your weekly homework, and determine in your heart to rise, you will not recognize the woman you become in 12 weeks. How long does it take to create real change in my life?
Great question with a multi-faceted answer that I'm going to try to break down for you.
The answer is... "How long do you want it to take?" Real change can happen instantaneously...
Most women that I work with report that they feel like the weight of the world has been lifted off of their shoulders after JUST ONE SESSION! In fact, women who have been through coaching with me often tell me that they have gotten more out of one session with me than YEARS of therapy! Here's why...
1. Being intentional creates a big shift quickly. Most women are stuck on the hamster wheel of life...running around, haphazardly, trying to make everyone else happy when they, themselves, have lost their joy.

While thinking about yourself seems counter-intuitive to what you've been taught...that self-love is selfish... self-love helps you love others better.
The 2nd greatest commandment in the Bible is to "Love your neighbor as yourself." You can only love your neighbor to the degree that you love yourself...BUT...you can't love what you don't know!
